This is a judgment and cost-free counseling group held weekly by mental health professionals and peer counselors. We’re your fellow Bergen County residents and we’re here to help. The group offers a space for those experiencing loneliness, depression, PNP, drug-use, anxiety and more.

Our group is led by Dwight Panozzo, PhD, LCSW. Dwight has been providing mental health counseling services since he first began working on an AIDS hotline back in 1987. He brings both understanding and compassion to our gatherings. His goal is to create space for everyone to be heard and to help them find a path leading to greater enjoyment of life in relationships and work.
