BCLA was founded by Anthony Torres and Nick O'Neill, who continue their leadership roles today in conjunction with the BCLA Board of Directors. The board members are volunteers who help run both the operations and the programs that continue to fulfill the mission which Anthony & Nick began back in 2021.
