Neurodiversity and Neuroinclusion Workshop Series

Equality Mental Health is sponsoring a free workshop series to understand and support neurodiversity. Participants will gain awareness and skills to empower neurodivergent individuals and families to articulate their needs, assert boundaries, thrive in school and work environments and connect with supportive communities. The workshops will be held at the River Edge Public Library on Saturdays 1pm-3pm on the following dates:

Mindfulness & Mental-Emotional Health Workshop

Mindfully Alive  and BCLA will host a free mindfulness and mental health workshop Saturday May 10th 12pm-1:30pm at the Mindfully Alive office at 18 Sycamore Ave, 2nd Floor, Ho Ho Kus, NJ . This LGBTQ+ focused workshop will include topics on Self-Care and Emotion Regulation, Boundaries for Healing, Guided Exercises, and more.

Camp Highlight is hiring Counselors

Camp Highlight is a community where children of LGBTQ families can connect, grow, and play! They provide an range of camp experiences that are fun and encourage campers to be more mature, more community focused, and kinder.  Camp Highlight sleepaway camp takes place in Chester County, Pennsylvania, August 10 to August 17. Writer's Room

Writer's Room is a free and open invitation monthly, online writing workshop hosted by the Future Perfect Project. The workshop focuses on developing writing skills and tools for creatives of all backgrounds and experiences. This is a 75-min workshop that meets monthly on Zoom, every second Tuesday of the month at 8pm.  


Open to LGBTQ+ youth and allies age 13-19. Registration required - click here to sign up.
