Ongoing Groups & Services
Womxn United is a weekly, online, inclusive group open to all queer-identifying women. For questions or more information, email: womxnsgroup@bergencountylgbtq.org
A monthly in-person social gathering with dancing and food, for trans and non-binary individuals and LGBTQ+ allies too.

Rainbow Haven is a weekly virtual meeting that provides a safe space for conversation, advice, and connection for anyone in the LGBTQ+ community.
Rainbow Family Circle offers a welcoming space to explore questions, concerns, and hopes for all families with loved ones who identify as LGBTQ+. Participants will receive support from other families as well as from mental health professionals.
Equality Mental Health is offering a variety of support and therapy groups dedicated to members of the LGBGQ+ community. Click on the links to learn more.

The Bergen County Ride Connect service is for Bergen County resident seniors aged 60 and over who are in need of transportation from one location to another within Bergen County, such as senior centers, medical services, shopping, and more. This is a free service available Mon-Fri, 9am-2pm. Call 201-368-5955 to request service.

Barney Frank was the first openly gay congressperson in United States history and a long-time political advocate for LGBTQ+ rights. This video has excerpts from a talk that addresses the need to take on challenges of stigma and representation in the LGBTQ+ community.
Sexual Health
Planned Parenthood of Northern, Central, and Southern New Jersey provides accessible, confidential, and affordable reproductive health care services, emphasizing sexual self-determination. They have produced an LGBTQ+ Health Resource and Support guide, with resources for LGBTQ+ specific health care issues and gender-affirming health care.
Some members of the LGBTQ+ community are at higher risk for anal cancer, and simple screening tests can save lives. You can call Englewood Health at 201-608-2800 to schedule a screening and most major health insurances are accepted. STI and HIV testing and access to PrEP
BCLA is excited to be partnering with HUG (Healthcare Unity Group) - a nonprofit service providing low-cost testing for STIs and HIV, as well as access to PrEP. HUG provides in-person and online service that operates through a fully secure and confidential / HIPAA compliant arrangement. You can find more about HUG on their social media.
